The Golf Mk1 practically invented the hot hatch, and its Cabrio version kept that fun, compact formula alive with the roof down long after the hatchback moved on to newer generations.
Design & Inspiration
Boxy, upright, and effortlessly clean, the Mk1 Golf’s design has aged into a timeless classic. This Cabrio build keeps the folded soft-top detailing and compact proportions true to the original.
Build & Display
Hand-assembled from official instructions, this model is built to hold its shape on any shelf without glue or a stand.
