We sell brick-built car model kits to customers in the European Union. Product prices are displayed in EUR. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the order total are shown at checkout before you place an order.
Review the products, quantities and contact details before submitting your order. Please keep your order confirmation. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number.
Returns & withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify KULER d.o.o. at info@gtblocks.com or at Cesta k Tamu 12, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, with a clear statement of your decision. Include your name, address, order number and the goods concerned.
Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening the packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right to withdraw.
We refund the payments covered by the statutory withdrawal right, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without reimbursement fees.
Faulty goods & complaints
Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty or do not match the contract remain unaffected. For new goods sold to consumers, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the applicable statutory period, normally two years from delivery.
Contact info@gtblocks.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess damaged goods or missing pieces. Remedies are provided in accordance with applicable consumer law and may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract where the legal conditions are met.
Complaints may also be sent to KULER d.o.o., Cesta k Tamu 12, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protection available to you.
